This class made me think about consequences. It also made me think about my future and how important it is. I want to be able to graduate and get a good job. I have learned to take the right path and learned good ways to say no. This class has made a huge impact on my future. Not just mine but my future spouse and children too. Thank you.I learned that I can become whatever I want and do whatever I put my mind to. I just have to push myself and make good decisions.I have learned a lot of things in this Reality Check class. I learned how to say to no and to have the best life possible.I feel like you have done a great job teaching and you have made it easier to understand. My goals are to be a healthier person, pass the 7th grade, and to live a healthy life.Before I came to this class I was a crazy person. I even planned to lose my virginity. But, I totally changed my mind. I promise myself that I will save my sex til marriage. Thank you Reality Check. You changed my thinking and my future.I like this class because it helps you with life skills. Thank you for everything.This class has been teaching me how to say no to drugs, alcohol, and all those bad things. I choose to be a good girl who makes good decisions because I want to reach my goals of finishing school and graduating college.This class has impacted me to make good choices in life...because I don't want to deal with diseases or a pregnancy during school. I am not ready for anything like that. I also want to reach my goals and to get a good education.What this class impacted me about was that it helped me make better decisions for myself. I learned that I can make good decisions every day.I choose abstinence because of this class. It inspired me to be the best man possible. I respect everything you have taught me.I learned how to have self-control. I have lots of dreams and I will make them all happen!In Reality Check I decided that I want to go to college and I learned self-respect and how to overcome pressure.Well before I started this class I didn't know that health could be so much fun. I have a great time spending a week with you. I wish you could have stayed longer. Reality Check has helped me understand that my future is important. I now know that having sex before marriage can be risky. I also feel more confident on reaching and trying harder for my goals. Thank you so much for helping me understand the reality in life.This class changed my ways and I was able to set goals for the first time in my life.I learned a lot from this class. I am now more aware of how my decisions impact my life. My mom has always told me to make all my decisions based of what I want my future to be life. Now I know why. Thank you for teaching this class!Reality Check helped me a lot this week. I decided to stay abstinent until marriage. What really helped me is that if someone even tried to pressure me to do something that wasn't good I now how the confidence to say no.I feel like I know how to take my steps more carefully because any choice I make I know will impacte my future. I learned to be more aware of what life has in store for me and my generation and how I can have the best possible future.

This week I learned how to say "no" to sex, identifying the risks, choosing the best way, self-respect, identifying emotional needs, healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, getting to know guys and girls, what is a goal and all about decision making.I learned how to say no to what our friends are doing that we know is wrong.What impacted me is how to say no and how to make the right decisions. Set it! Say it! Show it!This week learned that abstinence is saving sex until marriage. I also learned that std stands for sexually transmitted disease.I learned that if you are abused by someone it's not your fault.What I learned is how to have a healthy life.Reality Check taught me that the emotional effects of having sex can be guilt, depression, disappointment and regret.I learned to save my sex for marriage, about our love tank, and how to say NO.Because of Reality Check I have learned the consequences of premarital sex and I have chosen not to have sex until I'm married.I learned that before you do anything you need to stop, think and then act.This class taught me how to say no to people without hurting them.Reality Check taught me how to say a linebacker and how to say NO!This class taught me what people feel like who have sex before marriage. Also, how to say no in a polite manner which is called yes, no, yes. And, how to avoid unhealthy relationships and the difference between a crush, infatuation and love.I have chosen to be abstinent. I have learned reasons why being abstinent is a good decision. I have goals and boundaries for myself. I feel better with my goals and feel that I can accomplish them.I have learned about making the right choices to not be afraid to say no and to save my sex for marriage. I have learned about myself and that I have been doing well so now I just gotta keep up the good work! This class has been fun!I have learned how to set boundaries and set goals. Also not to have sex until marriage so I don't have all that weight and regret all my life. Not to date until 15 and learned to say "NO!"This class has made a huge impact!! I've learned so much about what I want for my future. I've learned that I should save my sex til marriage. This has been a great experience for me!That if I choose to be abstinent there are no consequences, but if I have sex before marriage there may be some emotional/painful consequences.The impact this class had on me has helped me realize it is better to save you sex until marriage.This has showed me that I am going to be abstinent. Thank you for your awesome lessons.This class has impacted me by teaching me that sex is not safe. At least until marriage.It has impacted me knowing that I am going to be abstinent because of what the consequences lead to.I have learned that teen pregnancy is a lot of risk so I wouldn't want to do it. I know how that if I save my sex until marriage I will have a happy life.In this class I learned not to have sex because it is too much trouble and lots of risks. Also choosing the best choice.I have learned that saving my sex for my marriage is a better idea than to lose it when I am a teenager. I also learned how to be a better friend and how to speak up.I learned that we have to save you sex until marriage. We can say "no" to things that we do not want to do.I learned to not have sex when I am too young and to save it for your marriage. I also learned about making good decisions.Sex cannot always be safe. Having sex you can contract HIV/AIDS, STDs and Chlamydia. If you and your partner save you sex till marriage then you won't get STD or HIV/AIDS.I have learned how to be or have a better and safer life. I also learned that you should be abstinent.This class has taught me that your sex is your gift and that if you give it away you might feel you have lost apart of you.I've learned that saving you sex until marriage is a better way. Teen pregnancy occurs when choosing not to save your sex. STDs are sicknesses that can't be cured.Learned about: saving my sex until marriage, character goals, how to be a better friend, how to change, how to act in a friendship, sex, STDs, HIV, AIDS. I will save my sex!This class made a big impact on me. I learned about not to be sexual active before marriage, the different types of relationships, and the different types of STDs from unhealthy sex and unhealthy relationships.I learned about relationships, sex and friends. I learned to protect myself and not have sex until I am married. To have good friends.I learned how to say NO when I am under peer-pressure. And not to have sex before marriage or do drugs.The impact I got during a week with Reality Check is that life is better if you save your sex but that doesn't mean that Reality Check is just forcing you to save it until marriage it is just to have a better life.I have learned that importance of abstinence and giving myself self-respect.The impact Reality Check had on me is that I have made the decision to stay abstinent. I learned how to use the "yes, no, yes" method which I believe is going to help me out. I learned that saying what you feel is ok and that setting boundaries is a good thing to do when in a relationship. I learned that your core values make you stronger and to always believe in yourself and never let anyone pressure you into something you don't want to do. Thank you Reality Check for helping us make the right decisions!Reality Check has changed the way I thought about sex.Before this class I didn't know how to say NO, now I do, thank you.This class taught me a lot about the risks of having sex. I didn't know there could be so many bad things that could happen. Being abstinent is a very important thing.This class has helped me get closer to my parents. Even though it felt weird talking to my parents about it, it helped me very much.This class will help me make the right decisions in the next most important years of my life.Reality Check impacted me a lot. The only way I can reach my goals is to make sure I keep my life in check.This class impacted me to make the right choices because my older cousin was pressuring me to have sex with someone.Reality Check is an outstanding program. It taught me about std's and how they would impact my life.Abstinence = Freedom.I love the cool examples you use. My goal is to be abstinent because of the things I learned in this class. This has been one of my favorite classes this year.Thanks to this class I know all the risks that are out there. I've decided to be free from emotional hurt, std's, worry, feeling used, unplanned pregnancy, and making excuses for my poor choices!! Thank you for coming!!Reality Check changed my life because I know that the 100% way to be free from std's is being abstinent. It helped me know to make good decisions and inspired me to reach for my goals. I learned that if someone pressures you to do something you don't want to do then just say no. Thank you Reality Check for inspiring me to reach for my goals and stay abstinent.In this class I learned many things. I choose to save my sex. I want to start my marriage clean and healthy. I want to have a successful future!!Reality Check taught me to save my sex for marriage, set boundaries for myself and reach my goals.I have made a decision that I am going to be abstinent so I can be free from worry, pregnancy and so I can finish high school.I learned to do what I want and not what everybody else pressures me to do because most likely it is going to be the wrong choice.In this class I learned that there is more risk to having sex than I thought. I used to think that having sex wasn't a big deal, but now I know that there are a lot of risks to having sex. I also learned how to say "No" in different ways and be aggressive. Now I will definitely think before I act and think of the consequences of my decisions.I learned what can really happen to you if you don't save your sex. I already knew that I wanted to stay abstinent but this class made me sure of it!!!Reality Check taught me that I can save my sex for marriage and that the only 100% protection against std's, pregnancy and emotional consequences is abstinence.This class taught me that there are emotional consequences if you are sexually active.The Reality Check program has made me think a lot about sex and how I should wait until I'm married and with the guy I truly love and not with a guy who is just my boyfriend and could later be my ex-boyfriend.
