The impact that Reality Check has had on me is about STD's and abstinence, it's inspires me to save sex. Also, to tell someone about sexual abuse. I feel a lot better after knowing that I don't go through it alone and I need to tell someone. There are a lot of things I learned. One thing I learned was that you should have the courage to say no to the ones you love/care about. Another thing I learned was that you should learn how to deal with pressure and find someone that respects you.Reality Check has helped me understand about sex. Also, I love how they weren't scared or afraid to tell us about sex.Reality Check has impacted me because I did not know that you can choose to be abstinent.I liked this class and what I learned is 10 key facts about alcohol, how to say NO, and choosing abstinence until marriage.I never knew saving sex for marriage was very important.Thank you, thank you, thank you. Reality Check has changed me by telling me all of the bad and good consequences. It taught me what to watch out for.Reality Check is a great program because it helped me learn more about sex, sexual abuse, risks of getting diseases and how to say NO! Thanks!Reality Check has taught me to save my sex for my husband and not just a random person. I am a prize for my husband. Thanks.I liked this class because I was curious about sex until now.I learned to follow my dreams. It taught me that nobody should touch my body because it's my body and no one else's.I really liked Reality Check because it made me think different about myself and my life.In Reality Check we learned about not having sex when you're young and being abstinent until you're married, and it's called freedom.I want all of the kids our age that are having sex to know it is not a game or something you should be proud of. The information I learned is things that could help others.Reality Check has opened my eyes to the importance of abstinence. I used to think STD's were nothing and now I see my choices today can affect my tomorrow This class has helped me to set goals for my future and to achieve those goals. It helped me understand sexual abuse and how it is unhealthy. This class reminded me of my aunts sister who died of a sexual disease. She left 2 kids and her husband. A family she loved. I don't want that to happen to me.It has impacted me because it has made me learn that I don't want to have premarital sex because of STD's, pregnancy, and emotional effects. It has filled me in on most of my questions on sex. It meant a lot.I learned that if I have sex I could have depression and feel like a piece of me is missing so I will be abstinent until marriage. This class helped me understand why my parents talk to me. I have set boundaries and learned to save sex for marriage. This class has helped me to become what I want! Not to let someone tell me it is ok because everyone is doing it. JUST SAY NO!Now I know to do what I think is right and not care what anyone else thinks. Thanks for everything. This class helped me learn to work toward my goals. I feel glad that this class was made for us.You have taught me to pick the right choices and to think things through.I thank Reality Check for teaching me the best decisions to live a better life. When you become sexually active or become pregnant, it can stop you from pursuing your dreams.I learned that if you stay abstinent until marriage you won't get pregnant, you'll have a lower risk of getting and STD and you'll have higher self-esteem.I learned that certain STD's can prevent your chance of having kids. That made me want to stay abstinent because I want to have a successful marriage and a happy family someday AFTER I go to college.I have learned to save sex until marriage so I will live a better life with less worries. There are a lot of things I learned. One thing I learned was that you should have the courage to say no to the ones you love/care about. Another things I learned was that you should learn how to deal with pressure and find someon that respects you.I have learned to stand up for my core values, to be assertive. I have also learned that staying abstinent until marriage is the best choice. I hope that all that I have learned in Reality Check will help me in the future.Reality Check has impacted me to reach my goals in life. I need to have boundaries in life to keep me safe that way nothing goes wrong.I have learned that I should stand up to peer pressure and be free. No alcohol or drugs, let myself have a good education and stay healthy.I have learned good boundaries to set.I don't want to give up my abstinence before I commit to the one I'm truly in love with not infatuated with. Don't be scared to set boundaries. You can't change the past but the future is always there to change. Change it for the BETTER.I learned how to decide for myself and respond when someone wants me to do a bad thing that would make me feel ashamed.Thank you Ms. Cassie for coming and teaching us to make good choices for the future. If you don't stay abstinent you may feel used, mistreated, worried and emotionally hurt.Set your boundaries! If a guy pressures you into sex, most definitely say NO!I learned that abstinence = freedom from STD's, feeling used, unplanned pregnancies. I feel that abstinence is the way to live and I want to live it well because you only get one life. This class really helped me understand risky behaviors. This class gave me information that I didn't know. I love this class. Thank you very much!Reality Check showed me a lot of stuff. I think this is an awesome program. To be honest, I did like this class because it makes me understand more what would be the best choices for me in the future.I learned how to say no to something that you don't want to do and the difference between love and sex.I learned to take control of my decisions.I learned to say No if you want to say No.This class helped me look forward in my life. I know I've changed. This class impacted me because it taught me lots of good things. It taught me how to take care of myself. I loved this class. It was fun.Lots of things I learned changed my life.I learned how to make my own decisions when someone wants to pressure me.I loved this class. I know what to do and what not to do in my future to protect myself from harm.I have learned how to respect myself by saying no. This class has taught me that it's my decision and no one can force me to do anything I don't want to do.I have learned about all the kinds of things like STD's, pressures, and teen pregnancy. Thank you for giving your time to us.This class helped me want to save my sex until marrisge and not have diseases. It completely changed the way I thought about sex. This class impacted me and made me think if I still want to have sex while I am young.Condoms don't protect you 100%. I should save my sex for marriage. There are more than 25 STD's. Having a baby in teen years is not good. People have STD's and don't know it.This class has changed my life. I never knew sex could be dangerous. I will be STD free.
